“what can a cup of coffee do to restore our environment?”

The reason why recycling is so important is that it prevents pollution, reduces the need to harvest new raw materials, saves energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, saves money, reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills, and allows products to be used to their fullest extent.

This is why
everybody
should be “in”

 

Well for another reasons, this type of brewing method doesn’t require water and soap to clean. Less soap to clean coffee maker also means less energy to produce soap or other cleaning chemical

 

It can be re-used after drying it under the sun or indoor with method such as oven heating. Once dried, the waste coffee ground and the coffee filter can literally Reuse for many other purposes such as a media for perfume diffuser or filter media to capture gaseous pollutant in the air.

In the future, we might use the spent filtercup to capture pollutant in the air. First, we are prototyping indoor pollutant trap, but it is not impossible to improve our outdoor air quality with the spent filtercup. Any impurities can be easily captured using this method, maybe in the near future we will have a better air to breath if we install this “so called waste product” in our park, street, billboard, building etc..to capture undesired pollutant such as dust, pollen, soot, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrocarbons, benzene and formaldehyde.

Moreover, Cutting down domestic waste means lower down energy uses in transporting waste to landfill reducing energy uses to burn waste at incinerator

 

Every industry has make a substantial changes to protect Earth from damaging even further. It’s time for household too to take a more real action and continue doing it cup after cup of their daily coffee ritual at home. From this point onward, we urge coffee drinker from all around the world to turn every cup of their coffee and coffee filter into zero waste movement.
